What does ACA taste like?

ACA tastes just like coffee. Our flavor is delicious, rich, chocolatey, coffee-like and the smell alone is enough to send you to cloud. No one better to describe ACA than one of our clients: “Not tea, and not mushroomy, just rich, flavorful coffee taste.”

Can I consume more than one cup a day?

We recommend 1 to 3 servings a day, if you do have more than one try to spread out your doses throughout the day.

How many servings come in one Pouch?

The pouch has 30 servings.

How do I prepare ACA?

ACA just needs hot water to make it delicious. No need to wait for it to brew. You can also add sweeteners or creamers to customize the flavor to your liking. Enjoy! Take one scoop (6g) every day in 8 to 12 ounces of hot water or vegan milk. To optimize nutrition absorption, drink before breakfast on an empty stomach or as recommended by your healthcare professional.

Is there caffeine in ACA? How much?

Yes, there is less than half the caffeine of normal coffee in ACA. There’s 48mg of caffeine per serving. This comes from natural green tea extract. Just enough to get you ready to tackle anything your day throws at you without jitters and crashes.

Can I drink ACA if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?

Though our ingredients are all associated with profound health benefits, we suggest consulting with your physician before making any changes to your diet during pregnancy or nursing.

Ingredients & Benefits

Lion's Mane

Lion's Mane was added to support mental performance. Reported in many studies to stimulate the synthesis of Nerve Growth Factor

(NGF), a protein that promotes the growth and normal function of nerve cells. NGF is important for cognitive and neurological health.

Reishi

Revered in Traditional Medicine as the “Mushroom of Immortality”, Reishi has a variety of attributes. Reishi acts as an immune

potentiator and immune modulator - helping to balance and down regulate an overactive immune system. Reishi has also been studied

for its cardiovascular health benefits. Considered a “superior adaptogen”, Reishi assists in adapting to mental and physical stressors.

Turmeric

Turmeric — and especially its most active compound, curcumin — have many scientifically proven health benefits, such as the

potential to improve heart health and prevent against Alzheimer's and cancer. It's a potent anti-inflammatory and antioxidant. It

may also help improve symptoms of depression and arthritis.

Coconut Milk Powder

Coconut milk is rich in short and medium chain triglycerides that are considered to be healthy fats. They prolong the feeling of satiety

causing you to eat less and avoid giving in to cravings. In addition, they are more likely to be converted to energy as opposed to longer

chain fatty acids. These are preferentially stored in the body contributing towards obesity.

Chaga

Often referred to as the “king of medicinal mushrooms”, Chaga has been used extensively by Traditional Healers in North America,

Europe and Asia for centuries. Chaga contains a complex array of bioactive compounds with significant antioxidant and immunitysupporting activities.

Cacao Powder

Cacao has been labeled the "food of the gods" by many cultures. It is packed with flavonoids. These nutrients that have been shown to

help lower blood pressure and improve blood flow to the brain and heart. It tastes as good as it makes you feel.

Cinnamon

Cinnamon is well known for its blood-sugar-lowering properties. Apart from the beneficial effects on insulin resistance, cinnamon can

lower blood sugar by several other mechanisms. First, cinnamon has been shown to decrease the amount of glucose that enters your

bloodstream after a meal. Second, a compound in cinnamon can act on cells by mimicking insulin. This greatly improves glucose

uptake by your cells, though it acts much slower than insulin itself.

Sea Salt

Because of its amazing mineral content, sea salt is a great source of electrolytes like magnesium, calcium, potassium, and sodium.

These electrolytes are vital for muscle, brain and heart health, because of its critical role in the nervous system.
